Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday apartment Cosy Comfort to guests (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”) by

(hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”).

2. Conclusion of the Rental Agreement

The rental agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Landlord.
The booking confirmation is provided in written form (e.g. by email or via the booking system).

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the reservation becomes binding.

3. Payment Terms

The total booking amount is payable as stated in the booking confirmation.

In the case of cash payment, the amount must be paid on the day of arrival at the time of key handover.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

The Tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time.
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
  • from 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price

The Landlord will make reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation.
If successful, no cancellation fees will be charged.

5. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Different times may be arranged upon prior agreement.

6. Use of the Accommodation

The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The Tenant is obliged to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
  • Any damage must be reported to the Landlord immediately.

7. Liability

The Landlord shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to the Tenant’s personal belongings unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for impairments caused by force majeure
(e.g. power outages, natural events).

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the rental agreement.

Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is required by law
(e.g. registration forms in accordance with the German Federal Registration Act).

9. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the rental agreement is the place of residence of the Landlord, insofar as legally permissible.

10. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
