💳Booking & Payment
After completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and all further information at the email address you provided.
We accept bank transfer as well as cash payment on site.
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- from 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price
Yes, long-term stays are possible by prior arrangement.
🚪Arrival & Check-in
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.
Different times may be arranged upon prior agreement.
Three days before your arrival, you will receive an email with all information regarding the online check-in.
Both the building entrance door and the apartment door are equipped with electronic door locks.
You will have contactless access at any time using your personal PIN code.
The PIN code will be sent to you after completing the online check-in.
In addition, a physical key is available inside the apartment for your stay.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests:
- 2 guests in the double bed
- 2 guests in two single beds
- 1 guest on the sofa bed
The apartment is not barrier-free.
There are five steps in the stairwell leading up to the apartment. The apartment itself is on one level.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided.
Yes, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
Yes, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV is installed in the living room.
You can log in with your own streaming services.
Yes, one of the rooms is equipped with a workspace suitable for working.
Yes, fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment and is suitable for home office and video conferencing.
