🧾 Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday apartment Cosy Comfort to guests (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”) by Alexander Rinne, An der Turnhalle 4, 31855 Aerzen (Groß Berkel) (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”).
2. Conclusion of the Rental Agreement
The rental agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Landlord, which is provided in writing (e.g., by email or via the booking system). Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the reservation becomes binding.
3. Payment Terms
The total amount of the booking must be paid as stated in the booking confirmation. For cash payments, the total amount is due on the day of arrival upon key handover. The Landlord reserves the right to request a deposit of 20% of the total amount at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and No-Show
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:
up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
from 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price
The Landlord will make every effort to re-rent the accommodation. If this is successful, no cancellation fees will be charged.
5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
Deviations may be arranged by mutual agreement.
6. Use of the Accommodation
The holiday apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. The Tenant agrees to treat the apartment and its inventory with care and to immediately report any damage to the Landlord.
7. Liability
The Landlord is not liable for the loss of or damage to items brought by the Tenant, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The Landlord is not responsible for disturbances beyond his control (e.g., power outages, natural events).
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of contract processing and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law (e.g., registration under the Federal Registration Act).
9. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the domicile of the Landlord. 10. Severability Clause Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
